Rack:
Frazier
In 1949 FRAZIER made a commitment
to structural steel in all its products! Even though at the time the cost was
higher than inferior roll-formed products, the advantages in strength, and durability
outweighed the cost difference.
FRAZIER became the leader in structural steel storage racks. With the introduction
of lighter steel sections, FRAZIER was able to reduce the cost of their systems
without reducing the abuse resistance of the material. Additionally, the combination
of FRAZIER manufacturing improvement methods and the setting up of nationwide
supply sources, further reduced the cost of structural rack. Today, structural
rack is as economical as roll-formed rack.
FRAZIER was the first company
to implement project management teams to insure that projects are completed
on time and within budget. Our "Flex Manufacturing System" and 11
strategically located manufacturing plants allow us to expand production where
needed, overcome unforeseen problems and handle any and all changes. And our
network of U.S. and Canadian "mini-mills" means "J-I-T"
delivery of raw material when and where needed. Our roll-formed competitors
can't touch that kind of efficiency, flexibility and capacity.
